Shipping policy

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees. Shipments to these countries are sent on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

The cost for this service is €16.99 (including shipping and customs documentation). Your parcel will be sent to the service provider “Mein Einkauf GmbH”, which will handle customs clearance and the subsequent delivery to Switzerland.

Please note that delivery times may be longer in such cases.
