Why doesn't our Hydrating Day Cream contain built-in sun protection? We made this decision consciously to ensure the purity and effectiveness of our formulation.
Why no SPF in our day cream?
Our Hydrating Day Cream is designed to intensively moisturize the skin and support its natural regeneration. Some sunscreens contain chemical UV filters that can be potentially harmful to the skin and the environment. By avoiding such ingredients, we ensure that our cream remains free of unwanted chemicals .
Our philosophy: Natural care without compromise
We rely on high-quality, natural ingredients that nourish and protect the skin:
Aloe Vera: moisturizes and soothes the skin.
Hyaluronic acid: provides intensive deep hydration and improves skin elasticity.
Antioxidants: protect against free radicals and support skin regeneration.
These carefully selected components enable us to offer effective care – without the addition of chemical UV filters.
Our tip: Personalized sun protection as needed
To protect against UV radiation, we recommend using a separate sun care product with mineral filters such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide if necessary. These physical filters reflect UV rays and are known for their very good tolerability.
Even though zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in high-quality, non-nano form are considered safe, I personally prefer the simplest, mechanical protection – a sun hat.
This approach allows you to customize your sun protection to your daily needs – without compromising the purity and effectiveness of your daily skincare routine.
The skin – mirror of our soul
If there's a true classic in natural cosmetics, it's aloe vera . For centuries, the "plant of immortality" has been valued for its healing, moisturizing, and soothing properties . In modern skin care, aloe vera is considered a multifunctional ingredient that regenerates, protects and revitalizes – a real superhero for all skin types .
Its exceptional combination of vitamins, enzymes, minerals and amino acids makes it an indispensable part of any skincare routine – whether for soothing irritated skin , for intensive care after sun exposure or for daily moisturising .
Why Aloe Vera is so effective
Aloe Vera gel is approximately 98% water , enriched with over 200 active ingredients , including:
Vitamins A, C and E – powerful antioxidants that neutralize free radicals.
B vitamins – promote cell renewal.
Enzymes and amino acids – support skin regeneration.
Minerals such as zinc, calcium and magnesium strengthen the skin structure.
Polysaccharides – bind moisture deep in the skin.
This unique combination ensures that aloe vera has a nourishing, healing and protective effect at the same time .
